Victoria Leeds Fashion Week is Back and Bolder Than Ever

Clear your diaries and dust off your best threads—Victoria Leeds Fashion Week (VLFW) is strutting back into town from 31st May to 8th June, and it’s shaping up to be a seriously stylish affair.

After a knockout debut last year, Yorkshire’s chicest shopping destination is going all out for round two. Expect a whole week of curated events, fashion-forward fun, and VIP experiences that promise to leave you inspired—and possibly clutching a few new shopping bags.

Things kick off with colour and confidence as award-winning stylist Laura Fawcett returns for the opening weekend (31 May & 1 June), offering complimentary colour analysis sessions to help you find your most flattering shades.

Then, on Tuesday 3rd June, it’s time to toast timeless style at the Ageless Style Fashion Brunch. Held at The Cut & Craft, the event features midlife fashion icons Rachel Peru, Bernadette Gledhill and Annie Stirk, alongside TV favourite Christine Talbot. Expect fashion faux pas confessions, beauty hacks, and serious outfit inspo.

But the big-ticket moment? That’s the glamorous catwalk show on Thursday 5th June. Hosted by journalist and podcast host Michelle Eagleton, this dazzling runway event will spotlight over 20 top retailers showcasing the freshest spring/summer looks. Afterward, guests can keep the party going at an exclusive Harvey Nichols after-party—think live DJ, canapés, and cocktails.

The style buzz continues all weekend (6–8 June) at the VL Shop-the-Looks Style Lounge, where expert stylists will dish out free one-on-one advice, helping you recreate your favourite runway moments IRL. And it’s not just about shopping. This year, VLFW is proudly supporting Smart Works Leeds, a charity helping unemployed women dress and prepare for interviews. Their designer pop-up in Victoria Gate will be packed with new and pre-loved treasures, with all proceeds going directly to the cause.
