The Savvy Baker Opens This Sunday

Leeds’ favourite brownie queen is levelling up. The Savvy Baker has announced the official opening date for its brand-new Trinity Leeds store and it’s shaping up to be one of the sweetest launches of the year.

What started as a lockdown kitchen project has grown into a full-blown Yorkshire success story, and now the beloved brand is taking up residence right in the heart of the city on Albion Street. And trust us… this isn’t just another bakery.

Cookies Baked All Day (Right in Front of You)

One of the biggest new features? A live cookie bakery where you can actually watch cookies being baked fresh, all day long. The smell alone will probably stop shoppers in their tracks.

A Dedicated Matcha Bar

Matcha fans, rejoice. The new store includes a specialist matcha bar, serving the brand’s best-selling drink in all its colourful, frothy forms. Baristas will be crafting matcha creations to order, think TikTok-worthy pours with serious flavour.

All the Favourites and Some Trinity-Exclusive Treats

Expect the full line-up of brownies, blondies, deep-dish delights, and seasonal specials, plus a proper hot drinks offering brewed with North Star coffee.
There’s also a cosy seating area, perfect for a mid-shop refuel or a full-on treat-yourself moment.

With doors open 8am–9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am–7pm Sundays, this spot is set to become a must-visit for shoppers, sweet-toothed wanderers, and anyone needing a little midweek pick-me-up.
