The Garden Party to take over Canvas Yard

The line-up for the Garden Party, Leeds’s longest running and most crucial electronic music event, has been revealed. Taking place on May 27th and 28th, the launch weekend of Canvas Yard. 

Acts include Pawsa, Skream, Paul Woolford, LF System, Special Request, Sherelle, Bradley Zero, Todd Terje, Palms Trax, and Dr. Banana with the addition of the brand-new third stage.

Canvas Yard, the biggest open-air events space in Leeds City Centre and the result of a new cultural collaboration between Moda Living and New Citizens, will host this year’s Party. It’s a specially designed venue in the middle of the city, and it’ll be outfitted with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and a booming sound system to set the mood. Hacienda Open Air in April and a Defected showcase in May are also part of this series. It’s a great spot for the perennially popular Garden Party to grow, as it has this year with the addition of not only a brand-new stage but also a food village serving up a wide variety of delicious treats and a relaxing chill-out area.
