What’s New at Trinity Kitchen?
Fat Cat Bao – Making its debut at Trinity Kitchen, this bold newcomer serves fluffy bao buns packed with your choice of chicken or tofu and topped with vibrant garnishes. Expect Asian fusion street food with a twist—plus loaded fries with zingy sauces and a kick of spice. Brought to you by the duo behind Tobacco Road.
House of Parmo – Bringing the Northern favourite to the city centre, House of Parmo is turning heads with their indulgent breaded chicken smothered in creamy béchamel cheese. This parmo street food in Leeds is comfort food at its finest and by our good friends (Luigi Street Food).
Wagyu Lookin’ At? – After a two-year break, this crowd-favourite is back with a bang. Don’t miss their juicy Yorkshire wagyu burgers and dirty fries, piled high with smoked meats slow-cooked for up to 16 hours. Perfect for meat lovers.

This summer’s street food stars are available at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 27th July 2025, alongside its permanent food favourites: Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and newcomer Clapping Seoul, known for their Korean corndogs, Korean fried chicken, and Asian-style loaded fries.
