Pop Specs Launches at Trinity Leeds, Bringing Express Eyewear to the City Centre

Leeds shoppers can now pick up stylish new glasses in under 20 minutes, as Pop Specs has officially opened at Trinity Leeds.

The fast-growing eyewear brand has launched its newest store in the heart of the city centre, located near Boots and H&M, offering a rPop Specs Leeds,efreshingly quick and fuss-free way to buy prescription glasses. Thanks to Pop Specs’ in-store lens cutting technology, customers can walk in, choose a frame and walk out with their finished glasses the very same visit.

Designed for people who want their eyewear to be as fashionable as it is functional, Pop Specs combines bold, contemporary frames with speed, affordability and comfort. Using on-the-spot scanning, edging and fitting, the brand removes the long waits traditionally associated with buying glasses — without compromising on quality.

Founded in 2020 by optical experts Lina Tejoprayitno and Daniel Barnes, Pop Specs was created to challenge the traditional eyewear market and make buying glasses faster, fairer and more enjoyable. Since launching, the brand has sold over 250,000 pairs of glasses and now operates more than 30 stores across the UK.

In January 2024, Pop Specs’ rapid growth was further boosted after securing investment from Dragons’ Den stars Peter Jones, Touker Suleyman and Sara Davies, helping to accelerate its nationwide expansion — with Leeds now firmly on the map.
