New Street Food Arrivals Land at Trinity Kitchen for a Festive Food-Filled Winter

Chapter 81

If you needed another excuse to “accidentally” extend your Christmas shopping break at Trinity Leeds… here it is. Trinity Kitchen has just rolled out a brand-new line-up of street-food stars, and honestly? It’s a festive miracle we’re not all rolling home afterwards.

Think gooey mac and cheese, loaded chicken nuggets, crispy tater tots, juicy burgers, and slow-cooked birria tacos that drip with pure joy. Hungry? You will be.

Here’s who’s joining the feast…

Nelly’s Barn – West Country Burgers With a Yorkshire Welcome

Back for Christmas (because Trinity Kitchen simply couldn’t do the season without them), Nelly’s Barn is serving their famous 28-day dry-aged beef burgers, stacked with double cheddar and good vibes. Veggie or vegan? You’re sorted. Their Almighty Vegan Burger — featuring roasted red peppers, a hearty soya patty and crunchy fresh salad — is pure plant-powered happiness.

Big Mouth Gyoza – Handmade Japanese Dumplings

These little parcels of joy are dangerously moreish. Choose from melt-in-your-mouth pork belly or rich mushroom gyozas, finished with their signature secret sauce (yes, you can buy it to take home — farewell self-control). Eat them there, or grab a pouch of sauce and pretend you made your own at home. No one needs to know.

Niko’s Comfort Kitchen – Nuggets + Tots = Bliss

You know what’s better than chicken nuggets? Warm, flavour-loaded chicken nuggets. Choose from garlic butter, katsu, chipotle buffalo or original — and don’t forget a pile of tater tots on the side. One bite and you’re basically wrapped in an edible hug.

Return of the Mac – The Cheesiest Collab in Leeds

Luigi Street Food x Spuds ‘n’ Bros = mac & cheese madness. Served straight from their Horsebox, these bowls are seriously loaded, seriously cheesy, and seriously tempting. Winter comfort food at its finest.

Birria Bandits – Award-Winning Tacos (and Lil Bandits too!)

If you like things slow-cooked, spicy and perfectly messy, get yourself in line. Choose from braised beef brisket, juicy chicken or smoked cauliflower, all snuggled in soft white corn tortillas. Bringing kids? Their Lil Bandits menu has mini quesadillas, nachos and tacos — a surefire win.

The Perfect Festive Pitstop

Kim Sutton, Retail Manager at Trinity Leeds, sums it up perfectly:

“Trinity Kitchen is the perfect place to pause, relax, and enjoy a delicious treat with family and friends amid the bustle of Christmas shopping.”

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite between gift hunting or settling in to soak up the festive buzz, this is the spot to do it.

The full festive food squad will be serving until Sunday 25th January, alongside Trinity Kitchen favourites Archie’s, Clapping Seoul, Pho, Rola Wala, Thatziki, Tortilla and more. Go hungry, leave happy. And maybe don’t wear tight jeans.
