New Flavours at Trinity Kitchen: Meet Pinaari and the Autumn Line-Up

Chapter 81

Autumn has arrived at Trinity Kitchen, and with it comes a sizzling new mix of street food vendors ready to brighten up grey days in Leeds city centre. The line-up brings together bold new flavours, beloved regulars, and even one much-loved farewell — but the headline act this season has to be Pinaari, making their Trinity Kitchen debut.

Pinaari’s Indo-Mexican Twist

If you’re looking for something fresh, Pinaari is the name to know. Serving up a unique Indo-Mexican fusion, their menu is comfort food with a kick. A must-try? The Fish Pakora Tacos — crispy, spiced pakora paired with zesty toppings, wrapped in a soft taco shell. It’s a flavour mash-up that’s already turning heads and set to become a Trinity Kitchen favourite.

Old Favourites Return

Alongside Pinaari, some much-loved names are back on the line-up.

Tikk’s Thai Kitchen – famous for southern Thai street food, bao buns, and their rich chicken Penang curry. Spuds & Bros – bringing Canadian comfort food at its best with loaded poutine fries (vegan, veggie and GF options available). Shouk – Levantine flavours done right, with fluffy pittas, halloumi, and shawarmas.

One Last Run for Little Red Food Truck

It’s also the final season for Little Red Food Truck, who will bow out with their signature gluten-free smash burgers, vegan options, and fried chicken. If you’re a fan, now’s the time to grab one before they’re gone for good.

A Taste of Autumn in Leeds

Trinity Kitchen’s rotating line-up is designed to keep things exciting, and this autumn’s collection is all about warming comfort food with global influences. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite on your lunch break or settling in with friends for dinner, it’s the perfect excuse to explore something new.

Find Pinaari, Tikk’s Thai Kitchen, Spuds & Bros, Shouk, and Little Red Food Truck at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 23rd November, alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Clapping Seoul, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Tortilla.
