Leeds Festival announces six new stages in its biggest ever arena overhaul

Leeds Festival returns to Bramham Park from 27 to 30 August with a completely revamped site, a first ever Thursday night headliner and final tickets on sale now

Leeds Festival has announced the biggest staging and arena overhaul in its 37 year history, with six new and improved stages arriving at Bramham Park this August.

The Grid, The Gallery, The Warehouse, The Ballroom and The Canopy all land at Leeds Festival 2026, each with its own identity, alongside returning late night favourites LS23 and Piccadilly Circus.

And there’s a piece of festival history in there too. Kasabian will become the first act ever to headline Leeds Festival on a Thursday night, opening the weekend a full day early before Charli xcx, Chase & Status, Dave, Florence + The Machine, Fontaines D.C. and Raye take their turns at the top of the bill.

The new stages

The Grid is the new name for the festival’s main stage, home to the headliners along with Sombr, Skepta, Role Model, Blossoms, Declan McKenna, Jade, Maisie Peters and Keo across the weekend.

The Gallery is brand new for 2026, an undercover stage with immersive LED production running throughout. Expect sets from Josh Baker, Geese, Kneecap, Skye Newman, Kettama and Holly Humberstone, with Jamie Webster, The K’s and Rose Gray added for Leeds.

The Warehouse is a purpose built home for dance music, with viewing platforms behind the decks. Skepta goes b2b with East End Dubs at Leeds, joined by Hybrid Minds, Hedex, Silva Bumpa and Rossi. across the weekend.

The Ballroom does what it says on the tin, complete with chandeliers and draping, and hosts breakthrough sets from YT, Florence Road, Niko B, Paris Paloma, SPEED, Bleech 9:3, dexter in the newsagent and Clementine Douglas among others.

The Canopy is dedicated to new music, with the likes of Violet Grohl, Villanelle, December 10, Camille Blackman, Kibo and Cruz Beckham and The Breakers set to appear.

They’re joined by LS23, whose lineup was revealed last week and which remains one of the festival’s most popular late night destinations, and Piccadilly Circus, with full programming for both to be announced in the coming weeks.

Leeds only

A handful of names on this year’s bill are exclusive to Bramham Park, including Kasabian, Blossoms, Jamie Webster, The K’s, The Lathums, Rose Gray, Dylan John Thomas, Soul Mass Transit System and Skepta’s b2b with East End Dubs.

Tickets

Reading Festival has now sold out, which makes Leeds the only place to catch the full weekend this summer. Weekend camping and day tickets are still available but are expected to go quickly.
