Interview: Woodside

Last week, we popped in to catch up with Sam and Nick—legends who’ve been serving us pints for nearly 10 years, first at The Brunswick,  later in Oakwood at The Melbourne and now at Woodside. This new neighbourhood eatery and bar is tucked underneath IBIS Budget in Gateway North. Expect great coffee, brunches, evening menus, Sunday Roasts, pool, and sports on the telly.

The kitchen team boasts some serious talent, with chefs who’ve worked at Ox Club, Sarto, and Braizin’ Squad. Safe to say, this place is going to be packed—and we can’t wait!
