🗞️ Festive Flavours hit latest line-up at Trinity Kitchen
Trinity Kitchen has announced its line-up of exciting new street food vendors taking over in the run-up to Christmas, where guests can indulge in festive fare from the likes of Nelly’s Barn, Eat Like a Greek, Big Mouth Gyoza, Jimmy Macks, and Yorkshire Cheese Grill.
The five new arrivals are now available to try at Trinity Kitchen for the next nine weeks, setting up shop within Trinity Kitchen’s iconic converted VW Camper Van, Citroen H van, horse trailer, shipping container, and J7 van.
First up, visiting all the way from Bristol and making a pit-stop at Trinity Kitchen is Nelly’s Barn, arriving with locally sourced, delicious burgers and fries for the Christmas period.
Bringing one of Trinity Kitchen’s most in-demand cuisines is Eat Like a Greek, serving up fluffy pitta gyros, fresh salad bowls and crispy halloumi fries.
Big Mouth Gyoza is bringing freshly made gyozas with a choice of Yorkshire pork belly or mushroom fillings, served alongside either loaded fries, sticky rice or curry rice. Guests can even purchase frozen gyozas to take home!
Popular eatery Jimmy Macks returns, launching their Christmas menu including festive Yorkshire pudding wraps and loaded fries. Make sure to wash it down with a cup of their mouth-watering mulled wine.
Providing guests with their cheesy street food fix is Yorkshire Cheese Grill, using only the best locally-sourced cheese to make their signature grilled cheese sandwiches. Choose from chorizo & honey to chilli naan – or go for their halloumi burger in a brioche bun topped with sweet chilli sauce.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “The arrival of our Christmas street food line-up is a sure sign that the festive season is upon us!
“We know that good food brings people together, and with our vendors continuing to deliver a unique and exciting variety of offerings for our guests, we’re sure there will be something for everyone at Trinity Kitchen this Christmas.”
The new street food vendors are trading alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe and Doner Shack.
