Beercast: Episode 2 – Women in Beer

Back with another episode of beery fun – this week we’re in the small, rustic but perfectly formed surroundings of Horsforth Brewery. This place is chock-a-block with personality and the beers to match. It proved the perfect place to sit, drink and chat about today’s theme: Women in Beer.

Whilst quaffing some gorgeous brews, we natter about how accessible and welcoming the industry is for women, and what needs to be done to be a truly accessible place. We’ve been to the Leeds International Beer Festival to see the Covers in action – a space dedicated to women in beer, and visit our latest stop on Leeds’ Ultimate Beer Crawl (working title) – Brew York in Leeds.

Today’s beers include – The Darkest Before Dawn (Horsforth), Horsforth Pale (Horsforth) and Juice Forsyth (Brew York).
