Leeds Pride 2026: Nothing Beats It (Especially with Jet2 On Board)

Leeds Pride 2026 was an absolute riot of colour, glitter and joy and yes, nothing beat it. With Jet2 taking off as main sponsors, the city centre became one giant runway of love as the parade swept through to a soundtrack of cheers, whistles and the occasional impromptu singalong. La Voix brought the glamour and the gags, Sam Ashby kept the crowd roaring, K-Pop Universe had everyone throwing shapes, and Michelle Lawson stopped hearts with a jaw-dropping turn as Xtina — genie in a bottle, indeed. Somewhere between the feather boas and the flag-waving, even an IKEA meatballs drifted through the parade, because honestly, what’s a proper Leeds celebration without a plate of Swedish comfort food to keep you going? From the front of the parade to the back of the crowd, it was a day of pure, unfiltered laughter, the kind of Pride that reminds you exactly why this city does it better than anywhere.
