Leeds, are you ready to go global? The words from a
American Express presents Roundhay Festival 2026 has just dropped its next massive headline act — and it’s only Mr Worldwide himself, Pitbull.
The global superstar will take over Roundhay Park on Friday 3 July 2026, joined by none other than Kesha, with plenty more names still to come. Tickets go on sale Wednesday 8 October at 10am via roundhayfestival.com.
Pitbull has sold over 25 million albums, racked up more than 60 million monthly listeners, and collaborated with everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Christina Aguilera. His hits — ‘Don’t Stop the Party’, ‘Timber’, ‘Hotel Room Service’, and ‘Give Me Everything’ — have soundtracked nights out across the globe.
Fresh from a sold-out European tour that saw fans donning bald caps in his honour (yes, really “The Bald E’s” are a thing), Pitbull’s bringing his high-energy show and signature swagger to Roundhay Park next summer.
Also performing on Friday is pop legend Kesha, whose debut single ‘TiK ToK’ became one of the best-selling digital singles of all time. She’s been setting the charts (and glitter cannons) off ever since with bangers like ‘We R Who We R’, ‘Die Young’ and, of course, the Pitbull collab ‘Timber’.Expect big choruses, bigger energy, and a very sparkly crowd.

And on Saturday… Lewis Capaldi
On Saturday 4 July, Lewis Capaldi headlines Roundhay Festival — and he’s already been having a laugh about it. Appearing on The Graham Norton Show, the Scottish superstar jokingly called out Leeds for not selling out yet.

Capaldi’s mix of powerhouse vocals and self-deprecating humour has made him one of the UK’s most loved performers, and his Roundhay set is shaping up to be something special (especially if Leeds fans turn out to prove him wrong ).
A Festival Made for Leeds
Roundhay Park has seen some of music’s biggest names take the stage — Madonna, The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran — and now it’s hosting a brand-new festival set to be the highlight of Leeds’ summer.
Roundhay Festival is organised by the same team behind BST Hyde Park and All Points East, so expect huge production, world-class performances and a proper Leeds twist. Alongside the weekend’s music, there’ll be a midweek programme of free arts, culture and wellbeing events to keep the park buzzing all summer long.
The festival also has a big focus on sustainability, working with local food vendors, reducing waste and supporting the community — proving Leeds can party and do good.
